In accordance with its by-laws, Institut Cerba aims to receive and manage, through incorporation, goods and rights of any nature that are granted to it free of charge and irrevocably.

These donations are used to fulfil the missions that Institut Cerba has set itself:
-    Contribute to providing information for healthcare professionals and to educating the general public
-    Support and promote research and innovation in Clinical Pathology
-    Ensure equal access for all to an innovative clinical pathology
